Frank Kingsley is the Lead Pastor at Bryant Street Baptist Church. Frank has a Bachelors degree from the University of La Verne in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree from Rockbridge Seminary in Ministry Leadership. He is married to Lindsey and they have four children: Isabella, Max, Olivia, and Carson. Frank loves to hang out with his family and do handy man projects around his house.

Jeff Allen (Vice President)

Jeff is a pastor at Bryant Street Baptist Church in Yucaipa, CA. He received his Ph.d. in Economics from the University of Oregon with a specialization in Economic Growth and Development. When he isn't working, Jeff enjoys running, backpacking, and spending time with his wife Devon.

DEVON ALLEN (SECRETARY)

Devon currently works remotely as the CFO for Lane Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit in Eugene, OR which seeks to build a bridge between needs and resources in the area through leadership development, affordable housing and work opportunity . Devon received a B.S. in Mathematics from UC Riverside, California. In her free time, Devon enjoys hiking with her husband Jeff.

Doug Harris (Treasurer)

Doug Harris is an Energy Executive with over 40 years of experience. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Accounting and an MBA from University of Southern California in Finance. He is married to Kathy and they have two children: Jennifer (David) and Brenton (Ashley) and five grandchildren. Doug loves spending time with his family and enjoys running, biking and reading.
